The first edition of Tilt Kids Festival ended on April 3, 2016, after a month of outstanding performances, exhibitions and workshops, featuring artists from France and around the world. Initiated by the Cultural Services of the French Embassy and the French Institute Alliance Française (FIAF), the festival brought to thousands of children and families in New York the opportunity to let their imagination go wild!

Les Services culturels du Consulat général de France à Atlanta, en partenariat avec l’École French School of Raleigh, propose aux enseignants de niveau collège, lycée et universitaire une formation assurée par le CLEMI (Centre de Liaison de l'enseignement et des médias d'information). Cette formation organisée le 9 avril 2016 sera animée par Éric Schweitzer, formateur au CLEMI permettra aux professeurs de français langue étrangère de réaliser une webradio avec leurs élèves sur le thème du CLIMAT.

French and francophone culture is thriving on U.S. university campuses with the help of the new, nation-wide France on Campus Award, launched in 2015. Georgia Southern University was one of the top-ten awarded campuses. The French Honor Society – Pi Delta Phi at GSU applied and won this award with their project called The French Press – The Responsibility of Freedom of Speech.
