Contest: Letters fom Nora to Joyce

Artpress and the Writing Department of EPhEP (Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes en Psychopathologies) just launched an exciting competition inspired by James Joyce's legendary wife Nora.

Well-written and racy, James Joyce's letters to Nora Barnacle Joyce are almost as famous as Ulysses. While Joyce's letters are now available in paperback, Nora's remain unpublished for copyright-related reasons. Contest participants are invited to imagine Nora's answers to Joyce's letters as a piece of writing, photography or visual art.

The jury,made up of Laure Adler, Jacques Aubert, Philippe Forest, Jacques Henric, Catherine Millot, Charles Melman and Catherine Millet, will receive entries until December 25th, 2014. Winners will receive a pack of Guiness and publication in the journal Artpress.
