Reading Patrick Modiano

On February 17, 2015 at Albertine Books, Mark Polizzotti, David R. Godine, Sam Sacks, and Sal Robinson discussed the work of Nobel Laureate Patrick Modiano. The event was livestreamed.

Mark Polizzotti is the translator of several Modiano texts, as well as Publisher and Editor-In-Chief at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

David R. Godine is the founder of David R. Godine Publishing and the primary publisher of Modiano’s work in the U.S. You can check out his and Nebraska Press' s exclusive interview with the Book Department here.

Sam Sacks is a literary critic at The Wall Street Journal and an editor at Open Letters Monthly.

Sal Robinson is a former editor of international literature at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and at Melville House, and co-founder of The Bridge Series.
