Luc Jacquet's March of the Penguins

Luc Jacquet's March of the Penguins will screen on Sunday, July 21, 2019 at 11:00am at Billy Wilder Theater.

The most universally-beloved nature documentary of the new millennium, narrated by Morgan Freeman, this film is a story of survival, perseverance, love and family in the frozen Antarctic. Co-produced by the National Geographic Society, the underdog quest of the emperor penguins and their annual trek across miles of icy, treacherous planes emanates directly from these adorable, flightless birds straight to the core of animal lovers and naturephiles alike.

Presented by the UCLA Film & Television Archive and the Hammer Museum.
