Le Tumulte Noir at Rhodes College

In conjunction with the course “Musical Paris 1870-1940,” co-taught by music professor Courtenay Harter and history professor Jeffrey H. Jackson, Dr. John Bass, director of the Mike Curb Institute of Music at Rhodes College, and his jazz group “Le Tumulte Noir” present a cabaret style concert featuring works of Django Reinhardt and others of the era. The concert is free and open to the public.
