These evening playtimes are a five-hour immersion in the French language!

“Kids’ night out” is a French evening activity time taking place one Friday night per quarter in San Francisco. What, exactly, goes on at “Kids’ night out?” Fun, laughter, dreaming while discovering different facets of the different French-speaking countries’ cultures. While your children experience the joys of an evening party full of games and discoveries in the language of Molière, you, the parents, can enjoy an evening to yourselves. Each trimester, a new theme and new adventure are offered.

This time, the theme is Henri IV’s famous "poule au pot":

"All the inhabitants of my kingdom shall have a chicken in their cooking pot this Winter!" This is the promise that the King Henry IV of France would have made before elevating the "poule au pot" as the national dish of the Kingdom in 1589. He mandates his knights to search for laying hens across the country! But Ravaillac, the sworn enemy of the good King Henry IV, intends to prevent them... Will he succeed?

What do you bring? Dinner and anything the child need for rest, if necessary (stuffed animal, pillow, sleeping bag or blanket)
Who? Up to 21 children from K to 5th grade (5-11 years old)
