The current North American tour of the beloved musical Les Misérables, direct from its acclaimed Broadway return, will open at Ovens Auditorium in Charlotte, NC on December 13, running through December 17. The show, which is based on Victor Hugo’s 1862 novel of the same name, follows escaped prisoner Jean Valjean and those close to him in the years leading up to the 1832 June Rebellion. This new production features the familiar score, including the well-loved songs “I Dreamed A Dream,” “On My Own,” and “Bring Him Home,” alongside new staging and reimagined scenery inspired by the paintings of Victor Hugo.

Tickets start at $27 and are available for purchase through the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center website.
