Group Exhibition at the Ghebaly Gallery

Davide Balula

This Summer do not miss the new Group Exhibition that will be held at the Ghebaly Gallery, from July 13th to August 10th. There will be an opening reception on July 13th, from 6 to 9 pm. Among a both international and local programmation, you will have the opportunity to admire works by the French artists Davide Balula and Daurian Gaudin, as well as paintings by the Belgian Farah Atassi, and video installations by the French and Algerian Neïl Beloufa.

Davide Balula, Neil Beloufa, and Farah Atassi are all represented by the Ghebaly Gallery. The three of them illustrate perfectly the diversity and the paradoxes of the visual art nowadays. From the complexe video installations and steel sculptures of Neïl to the optical illusions of Farah's oil paintings, this next group exhibition will tickle your curiosity about contemporary art forms.

It will be even more inspiring to see some of these artists's pieces in relation to local artists, such as the young and sucessful sculptor Kelly Akashi, and the multidisciplinary artist Patrick Jackson, whose latest solo exhibition at the Ghebaly Gallery, Drawings & Reliefs, happened two years ago.
