The Blaze and Christine and the Queens at the Wiltern

The Blaze and Christine and the Queens are coming to the Wiltern Theatre this October each for one night only. On Friday, October 26, 2018, French dance music duo The Blaze will be performing, and on Saturday, October 27, 2018, Christine and the Queens will be performing.

The French dance music and video duo The Blaze is composed of Paris-based cousins Guillaume Alric and Jonathan Alric. The duo, best known for their cinematographic videos, began making music together when Jonathon, who was studying film in Brussels, asked his cousin Guillaume to work with him on a music video soundtrack. Since their debut, they have adopted the name “The Blaze.”

Héloïse Letissier, known professionally as Christine and the Queens, is a French singer, songwriter and producer born in Nantes, France. Letissier studied theatre before forming her solo musical group Christine and the Queens. Letissier has been signed to the independent record label Because Music since 2012. Her work combines music, performance, art videos, drawings and photography.
