Gaspar Noé’s irreverence at Metrograph

Image : "Enter the Void" directed by Gaspar Noé

On the occasion of the release of his latest film Climax Metrograph looks back on the career of French filmmaker Gaspar Noé with the screenings of Enter the Void and I Stand Alone - two examples of boundary-busting and transgressive transcendence.

Along the screenings, Metrograph will allow a sneak preview, for Members Only, of the orgiastic dance marathon Climax, released in 2018.

A “love him or hate him” proposition if ever there was one, Gaspar Noé has been dividing audiences and causing post-screening arguments ever since he first began cutting a swathe through the festival circuit, making films fired by a desire to provoke, titillate, punish, and above all overwhelm with sheer technical mastery and heedless exploration of all things terrible and taboo.
