Icon of the Warner Brothers Studio, Davis had two nicknames: The Fifth Warner Brother and The First Lady of Film. She starred in many classic films including Beyond the Forest(1949), The Letter (1940) or The Great Lie (1941).

She received an Oscar nomination for her role as a demented former child star in What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? (1962) and was elected as the first female president of the American Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in October 1941.

Fifty-three of her movies will be screened from June 19 to August 4, highlighting her extraordinary career.
