About Jain:

Jain is a Parisian pop singer that has risen to fame following the release of her album, Zanaka. The audience at this year’s French Grammys, Les Victoires de la Musique, awarded Jain with the title of 'pop’s most compelling new star.'

Jain's songs are a diary that documents the singer’s life from 16 to 23. She spent many years abroad in Dubai, Republic of Congo and later Abu Dhabi, and fondly sings about her friendships and experiences across various countries.

'Makeba,' the featured song, is a tribute artist and civil rights activist Miriam Makeba.

Success may have arrived overnight, but Jain’s joyous, sun-soaked, rhythm-driven sound had been brewing for years, collecting influences from multiple countries and a myriad of musical genres – Arabic percussion, African rhythms, electro, reggae, soul and hip hop among them.
