In France in November, the presentation of three French-American collaborations have been possible thanks to the support of the Performing arts programs of FACE Foundation.

Part of the Festival Hyper Harlem, MAC (Maison des Arts de Créteil) presents from Nov 9 to Nov 11, Harlem Quartet by director Elise Vigier, Theatre des Lucioles, inspired by James Baldwin's text Just Above my Head telling the lives of a group of friends from preaching in Harlem, from poverty to fame. Harlem Quartet is a collaboration with musician, slam poet, writer, and actor Saul Williams.

Part of the contemporary dance in Mediterranean DANSEM#20, Théâtre Joliette in Marseille will present on Nov  24 and 25, the performance We Wait in the Darkness by Native American (Haudenosaunee people, Seneca nation, Heron clan) choreographer Rosy Simas. Her dance is conceived as a healing process of all the scarves printed in her Seneca grand-mother’s DNA. Collaborating with the French composer François Richomme, Rosy's personal construction is structured around loss, family, perseverance, and motherland.

The new partnership between LA PLACE (Paris) and Dancing in the Streets, New York with the participation of the young performers from It’s Showtime NYC! will take place in Paris from November 24 to December 29, 2018.
