BLACK BOX is a unique international art, film and technology festival that takes place each year as part of Seattle International Film Festival. This year it will run from May 6 to June 7, 2015. It presents emerging and established artists who are expanding the language of cinema. Its core programming is antidisciplinary, and focuses on experimental film, video, new media art, and moving-image-based work. It will feature screenings, exhibitions, artist talks, discussion panels, educational events, and special presentations that will occur in various locations throughout Seattle.

Artists from around the world are invited to submit work to BLACK BOX 2.0. The application deadline is March 31, 2015. More information and application guidelines here.
