The Cultural Services of the French Embassy in the United States, Institut français-Paris, and FACE Foundation (French American Cultural Exchange), Bureau Export, and Paris Jazz Club are delighted to present French Highlights 2017 this winter in New York City featuring some of France’s most daring contemporary art and performance artists.

Throughout two weeks of performances, French Highlights presents the opportunity to attend an array of shows including one of the best theater productions for young audiences in recent years, Oh Boy!, directed by Olivier Letellier at The Duke on 42nd Street presented by The New Victory Theater (January 6-15); the visual wonder La Mélancolie des Dragons by Philippe Quesne at The Kitchen (January 10-14), as part of Under The Radar Festival 2017; the bold Self-Portrait Camouflage by Latifa Laabissi (January 8) at MoMA PS1.

French Highlights 2017 also includes a film—UFE(UNFILMEVENEMENT) by César Vayssié, presented at Museum of Moving Image's FIRST LOOK festival  as well as a series of concerts as part of French Quarter 2017 and Winter Jazzfest 2017.

We sincerely thank all the participating venues for their commitment to French-American cultural exchange and all our sponsors for their generous support.

We look forward to seeing you at the theaters!
