Jonah Bokaer at Concordan(s)e Festival
American choreographer Jonah Bokaer has been invited to present his new work, The Museum of Nothing, as part of the ninth edition of French Concordan(s)e Festival.
Every year, this festival invites couples of choreographers and writers that have never met before to support them in the production of a new work together. This year, Jonah Bokaer will collaborate with French writer Antoine Dufeu. Following two residencies, the first at Camargo Foundation in Cassis in December 2014 and the second at Le Phare, Centre Chorégraphique National du Havre, in January 2015, the two artists will tour France together this spring to present the result of their collaboration: The Museum of Nothing.
This year, Concordan(s)e Festival will also feature works by choreographers Fabrice Lambert, Yann Lheureux, Julie Desprairies and Anne-Mareike Hess; and writers Gaëlle Obiegly, François Beaune, Thomas Clerc and Nathalie Ronvaux.
Concordan(s)e Festival, 9th edition: From March 11 through April 16, 2015. More information here.
