Culturethèque Digital Library Accessible for Free Until the End of May

Great news! Culturethèque, the digital library of l’Institut Français, is accessible all over the world and is now free until the end of May.

With more than 1000 books, 200 graphic novels, 400 magazines, 300 videos and countless learning manuals, you can have access to high quality content from the comfort of your own home.

All you have to do is make an account with your email address and log in. You’ll be able to read, listen to, or watch content directly on your screen, or you can download borrowed materials onto your e-reader.

Now’s the time to discover the books you missed from the new publishing season, or to immerse yourself in the great French classics.

And for those who’d like the opportunity to reflect on the world in the company of the great contemporary thinkers, Culturethèque offers a vast array of essays. The most difficult part will be to pick one, but you can count on us to guide you.

For the little ones, there are beautifully colored comic books they can listen to while virtually turning the pages; for teens, there are graphic novels and adventure books. Children of all ages will be happy!

You may even take the time to flip through some newspapers and magazines, since you’ll have access to fifteen periodicals per month!

There’s also music, audio documentaries, and, of course, audiobooks.

In the coming weeks we will wander with you through the digital library! We’ll explore essays that offer ways to rebuild the world of tomorrow, illustrated comic books for your little ones, unmissable novels, and stories to listen to as a family.

To your keyboards!
