Alban Cerisier

Alban Cerisier is an archivist and historian specializing in the history of publishing. He began to work at Editions Gallimard in 1995, where he oversees the house's preservation and promotion of its archival collections and manages Gallimard's digital development. As a publisher and archivist, he has written several works on literary history, in addition to a book on the history of Gallimard, Histoire de La NRF, published in 2009.

Cerisier has also published articles and contributed to collective books, including L’Édition contemporaine (Cercle de la Librairie), le Dictionnaire encyclopédique du livre (Cercle de la Librairie), l'Histoire de la librairie (Cercle de la Librairie), Où va le livre ? (La Dispute) and  La Bibliothèque de la Pléiade : travail éditorial et valeur littéraire (Éditions des Archives contemporaines, 2009).
