French films at the 2019 United Nations Association Film Festival

The United Nations Association Film Festival (UNAFF), an international documentary film festival, is the Bay Area's longest running annual human rights film festival, and one of the oldest documentary film festivals in the US.

This year's theme, SCALES OF JUSTICE, continues UNAFF's two decades long celebration of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights emphasizing the complexity of our current moment and exploring possible paths emanating from it into the future.

UNAFF accepts international film submissions, and we are pleased to inform you that seven films from France-- Brexit: The Backstage of Divorce, Half a Square Meter of Freedom, Rebuilding Mosul, Scars, Time Thieves, The Valley, and World City-- will be screening at the 22nd UNAFF!

Screenings will thus be scheduled during the Festival, from October 17th to the 27th, and will take place in Palo Alto, San Francisco and Stanford University
