Upcoming Concerts at Le Salon de Musique

This spring and early summer, Le Salon de Musique in Los Angeles is hosting four concerts, all of which begin at 4pm at the Dorothy Chandler Pavillion. Le Salon de Musique is a chamber music group who presents classical, intimate concerts. Concerts with are followed by a Q&A between the audience and the performers.

On March 8, several pieces by famous composers Saint-Saëns, Ravel, Hahn, and Fauré will be performed. French composers Gabriel Fauré and Camille Saint-Saëns were two of the most influential composers of the 19th century. The concert will include voice, piano, cello, violin, and a quintet piece. Performed by Thomas Michael Allen, Chiai Tajima, Benjamin Hoffman, Johanna Nowik, Stella Cho, Marisa Gupta, and François Chouchan.

The next performance will be on April 5, including works by Strauss, Clara Schumann, Chopin, and Fanny Mendelssohn. The concert will feature voice, piano, and cello performances by Elissa Johnston, Tereza Stanislav, Joey Amini, and Sung Chang. 

The third event of this season will occur on May 3. It will feature piano and violin performances composed by Scharwenka, Maier, and Schumann. Performers include Madalyn Parnas Moller, Ambroise Aubrun, Jonathan Moerschel, Yoshika Masuda, and François Chuchan.

The season finale will take place on June 7. Featuring works by Mozart, Rontgen, and Brahms, this concert will be performed by YuEun Kim, Juliette Herlin-Giret, and David Kaplan.
