Le Salon de Musiques invites you to their ninth season’s final concert titled Viennese Romances. This concert will be taking place on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles, CA.

Viennese Romances will feature a program for strings and piano by German composers Ludwig van Beethoven and Johannes Brahms. Beethoven’s Piano Trio No.1 in D Major Op 70 “Ghost,” along with Brahms’ “Hungarian Dances” for Piano four hands and Piano Trio No.2 in C Major Op 87 will be performed.

The concert will be executed by French Ambroise Auburn (violin), French Juliette Herlin (cello), Indian-American Vijay Venkatesh (piano), and German Eva Schaumkell (piano). The event will be introduced by musicologist and Chair of the Music History faculty at the Colburn School (Conservatory of Music) Dr. Kristi Brown-Montesano.

The performance will be followed by a Q & A between the audience and the artists, with  a “Tresor de France” Champagne reception and a High Tea Gourmet Buffet catered by Patina.

Directed by French-American concert pianist, CEO, and artistic director Francois Chouchan, the series opened its ninth season on October 7, 2018, and will end it on Sunday, June 2, 2019. Viennese Romances will be the last concert of this incredible season. Be sure to book your tickets NOW to reserve your seat!
