What about classical music?

  • Even without the audience filling the room, the Philarmonie de Paris has begun offering new shows on its website since May 27. The first to perform was the Paris Orchestra playing Richard Wagner's Siegfried and Parsifal and Richard Strauss' Capriccio. They were followed on May 28 by violinist Renaud Capuçon, along with other talented musicians, to perform Richard Strauss' Metamorphosen and on June 21 by the conductor Leonardo García Alarcón for the Splendeur de la polyphonie romaine. Paris Orchestra also played Ravel and Beethoven on July 9 conducted by Klaus Mäkelä.
  • One of the oldest and most prestigious classical music festivals in Europe, Menton's festival is held every year in Menton, France. From August 1 to August 10, enjoy the 71st edition of the festival! The concert series "Les Grands Interprètes" will be streamed live and shows at the du Pian park will be broacasted live.
