Teaching Assistant Program in France (TAPIF)

In partnership with France Education International, the Teaching Assistant Program in France (TAPIF) sends over 1,300 young Americans aged 20-35 abroad every year. The assistant de langue en France’s mission is to share their linguistic and cultural backgrounds in elementary, middle, and high schools across mainland France and five overseas territories.
TAPIF is open to anyone with three years of completed college credits, who can demonstrate a B1 level of French on the CEFR global scale.
Transatlantic Research Partnership (TRP)

The Transatlantic Research Partnership aims to encourage innovative research and new collaborations between young, post-doctoral researchers from France and the United States.
The program supports cutting-edge, early-stage projects led by French and American partners that are related to the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and apply to the fields of Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS); Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM); or Science for Society (interdisciplinary STEM-HSS projects).
Selected projects will receive a $20,000 grant to be shared equally between French and American partners over two years.
