2016 Grantees | French-American Fund for Contemporary Theater

The Cultural Services of the French Embassy in partnership with FACE Foundation is pleased to announce the 2016 Grantees of the Contemporary Theater Fund. This year, $125,000 in grants was allocated to 10 institutions for French projects in the U.S. Each project reflects the vibrant state of artistic creation.

In conjunction with Tilt Kids Festival in New York City, the French Cultural Services organized a professional forum on April 1, 2016 on the theme "Arts for Young Audiences". The forum brought together 60 professionals, from various institutions and disciplines, to discuss various topics: Engaging young audiences through art; Presenting challenging subjects such as violence, war, racism, gender; Networks and Circulation of international projects for young audiences.
